Refunds

Refunds are handled by Tebex Limited under its checkout terms.

Because escrowed assets are delivered digitally and immediately, please read the requirements on each product page before buying, and contact us first if something does not work. Most install problems are fixed quickly.

If you believe you are owed a refund, contact us with your Tebex transaction ID. Opening a chargeback instead may lead to the asset being revoked.
